摘要：Sponsored by the Information Office of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government,the Foreign Affairs Office of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government,Zhejiang Daily Group and Zhejiang Radio and TV Group,the 1st the first Zhejiang Media Cooperation and Communication Forum with International Friendship Cities kicked off in Hangzhou in the sweet osmanthus season of the city,and was attended by about 120 media representatives from 67 countries,famous think tanks,representatives from Zhejiang media groups,scholars and special guests from all over Zhejiang Province.The theme of the forum can be summarized as the pursuit of love,friendship,fusion,mutual understanding and respect,as shown in the following abstracts of the speeches from some participants.

文化交流杂志要求:

{1}来稿请按如下顺序撰写：文题、作者姓名、作者署名项、摘要、关键词、中途分类号、文献标识码、正文。

{2}编辑委员会对来稿可提出修改意见，但除了技术性的处理之外，不代为作者修改，文责自负。

{3}题目、内容提要、关键词来稿题目限20个字以内，副标题不超过18个字；内容提要字数在300字以内；关键词一般为3至5个，以分号隔开。英文标题需注意大小写问题，英文关键词统一小写（本当大写的单词除外）。

{4}参考文献应为在文中确切引用的专著、期刊文章、论文集文章、学位论文、报告、报纸文章、国家（国际）标准、专利、电子文献等，接正中引用的先后顺序编号，且应在正中相应的地方标示。

{5}摘要(200～400字，需有简明的研究目的、研究方法、结果、结论等，不少于200字)。中英文。
